Authentication: To create, secure, and sync your personalized tracking profile.
Hydration Algorithms: Personalized calculations utilizing biological inputs (weight, gender, physical activity level, and climate environment) to establish dynamic daily water intake targets.
Progress Analytics: Logging capabilities to record your historical water consumption volume, daily completion percentages, goal streaks, and weekly tracking trends.
Smart Reminders: System-level scheduled local notifications configured to prompt healthy hydration intervals throughout your active hours.

3. Data Collection & Third-Party Services

HydraTrack uses Google Firebase and native mobile plugins to deliver a seamless cross-platform experience. Core data is synchronized securely to the cloud to ensure consistency across your devices:

Personal & Account Data: We collect your name and email address securely via Firebase Authentication to provision your account profile.
Biological Parameters: Parameters such as your weight, gender, daily physical activity index, climate profile, and reminder schedules are processed to dynamically calibrate your daily target formula.
Activity Logs: Historical water log entries (timestamped milliliter inputs and goal targets achieved) are stored reliably in Cloud Firestore.
Security & Infrastructure: We do not have access to your personal passwords. All sensitive authentication traffic is isolated and managed securely by Google's dedicated infrastructure.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We maintain a strict stance on data privacy. We do not sell, trade, rent, or lease your personal data or health tracking metrics to advertisers or unauthorized third-party marketing companies. Your data is handled exclusively by:

Google Firebase: For secure data cloud hosting, secure database state management, and real-time user authentication.
Google Play Services / Apple App Store: For native application bundle distribution, update delivery, and baseline performance telemetry.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

HydraTrack provides health utility tracking and hydration calculation metrics for informational and lifestyle optimization purposes only. The application:

Does not provide professional medical advice, diagnoses, clinical evaluations, or healthcare treatments.
Is not a medical device.
Is not a substitute for professional healthcare consultations or medical guidance from a qualified doctor. Users with chronic health conditions (e.g., kidney disease, cardiovascular issues) requiring specific restricted fluid limitations must consult a physician rather than relying on automated app targets.

6. Children's Privacy

HydraTrack operates strictly as a wellness tracking utility and does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. The application complies with all COPPA and GDPR-K standards regarding the protection of minors.
7. Data Deletion Rights

Your data belongs entirely to you. You maintain the right to request the total permanent deletion of your profile account, account credentials, configurations, and all historical hydration intake data stored within our Firebase databases at any time.
8. Data Retention Policy

We explicitly define our data retention practices as follows:

Active Accounts: We retain your personal data, biological parameters, and historical hydration logs only for as long as your account remains active and open to maintain your tracking profile and history.
Inactive Accounts: If an account remains completely inactive for a continuous period of 24 months, we reserve the right to automatically and permanently delete all associated user data from our databases.
Upon Deletion Request: If you request deletion via email or within the app, your personal information, credentials, and history will be permanently deleted from our live Firebase databases within 30 days. Backup copies are automatically overwritten and destroyed within a cycle not exceeding 60 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes in mobile software functionality, platform architecture updates, or evolving legal frameworks.
